Obtain a brief description of the symptoms. Boot PC and ensure that the Windows OS can fully load. Ascertain the presence/status of antivirus software. Install approved removal applications if necessary. Run system and disk cleaner, registry cleaner, start up manager and auto run (if applicable). The operating system is Windows Vista or Windows XP (Home/Professional). Bootable rescue and recovery CDs should be on-hand.

Technician will call to perform a diagnosis over the phone to ensure they can bring the necessary part(s) to repair the PC. Diagnosis on desktop and appropriate repairs. Your computer must meet minimum requirements for repair. Problems arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, are not covered under these prices.
